BBQ Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 ounces BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 16 ounces Shredded Cheese
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Refrigerator Biscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Chop onion
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Mix barbecue sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl
  • Add cheese
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Add chopped onion to oil in preheated skillet
  • Stir for two minutes
  • Add ground beef to the onions and oil
  • Cook beef for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove skillet from heat
  • Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
  • Open biscuits and place one biscuit into each muffin space
  • Press biscuits downwards and along sides so they conform to the shape of the muffin tin
  • Add ground beef to barbecue mixture
  • Stir so everything is mixed well
  • Spoon meat mixture into biscuits shaped like cups
  • Use all the meat mixture, mounding over biscuits as necessary
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven
  • Serve
