Fiesta Soft Tacos
Ingredients
- Taco Meat See the Taco Meat Recipe above
- 1/2 head Lettuce
- 1 large Tomato
- 1/2 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 large Red Bell Pepper
- 4 ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 jar Picante or Taco Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the taco meat
- Shred the lettuce
- Chop the tomato
- Chop the green bell pepper
- Chop the red bell pepper
- Place cheese on the tortilla
- Follow with taco meat
- Follow with vegetables
- Fold & eat
