medium Eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Put eggs in saucepan large enough to hold them in single layer
Add cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch
Heat over high heat just to boiling
Remove from burner
Cover pan
Let eggs stand in hot water for 12 minutes
Drain immediately
Cool eggs completely under cold running water
Remove shells from the hardboiled eggs
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
Place eggs into the casserole dish
Press sausage patties over eggs
Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven or until the sausage patties are brown and well-cooked
