Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 small bunch Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pizza Crust canned or fresh or frozen
  • 6 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Chop rosemary
  • In mixing bowl combine garlic, rosemary, and olive oil
  • Spread pizza dough on baking sheet
  • Brush oil mixture onto dough
  • Bake for 4 minutes in preheated oven
  • Remove crust from oven
  • Spoon ricotta cheese onto crust
  • Spread spoonfuls over crust
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over crust
  • Bake another 15 minutes
  • Serve
