Zipped-Up Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 6 Pork Chops
- Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Brown pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Arrange pork chops in casserole dish
- Combine Worcestershire sacue, ketchup, and honey in mixing bowl
- Pour mixture over pork chops
- Cover the casserole dish with foil
- Bake for 50 minutes in preheated oven
- Serve
