Taco Meat

March 31, 2016 by Hectic Chef

Another recipe from our “It’s Not Rocket Science” category, this one is for taco meat. While you can make taco seasoning from scratch, I just haven’t had the patience nor time to do it. I try to buy the lower sodium seasoning, since the regular stuff is so salty I can barely eat it. You may have to buy the name-brand for the lower sodium kind, but it’s worth the little bit extra. Despite what the seasoning packages say, this makes about enough for 2-3 normal eaters. Big eaters…just make more.
