Souped-Up Pork Chops

Souped-Up Pork Chops

Course: Main Dish
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 8 ounces Instant Rice about 1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Broccoli Soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Brown chops in preheated skillet, turning once
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Place cooked rice in casserole dish
  • Lay pork chops on top of rice
  • Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder and onion powder
  • Spread cream of mushroom soup over pork chops
  • Spread cream of broccoli soup over pork chops
  • Cover casserole dish with foil
  • Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven
  • Serve
