Parmesan Potato Fries

Parmesan Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Spray the baking pan with cooking spray
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise
  • Cut each potato half into strips about 1/2 inch wide
  • Place the potatoes into one ziploc bag
  • Add the olive oil to the potatoes
  • Seal the bag and shake to coat the potatoes
  • Put the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, rosemary, and garlic powder into the other ziploc bag
  • Shake the bag to mix the ingredients
  • Transfer the potatoes from their bag to the second bag with the dry ingredients
  • Seal the bag and shake to evenly coat the potatoes
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the sprayed baking pan
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Turn the potatoes over
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes
  • Serve
