Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ounce Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F degrees
  • Trim the root ends from the asparagus
  • Put the asparagus into a mixing bowl
  • Drizzle with the olive oil
  • Toss the asparagus to coat it with the oil
  • Sprinkle the paramesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper over the asparagus
  • Toss the asparagus again
  • Place the asparagus on the backing sheet in a single layer with no overlapping
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven
  • Sprinkle with the lemon juice
  • Serve
