Hopscotch Crunchies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 ounces Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Fill a medium pot halfway with water
  • Place a second pot over the first (it's ok if it touches the water)
  • Heat the water over medium heat for 10 minutes
  • Add the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter to the top pot
  • Stir frequently for 10 minutes or until the mixture is melted
  • Stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set

  • Second (slightly smaller) Medium Pot
  • Stirring Spoon
  • Serving Spoon
